About The Position

Stadium Swim at Circa Resort & Casino is seeking a Stadium Swim Officer to join their Security department. This role is responsible for providing outstanding, friendly, and informative guest service while maintaining safety throughout the property. The officer will work to ensure maximum guest safety at all times through periodic patrols of assigned areas.

Requirements

• Ability to read and speak English and communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form.
• Understand and comply with all company, departmental and Gaming Control Board rules and regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Ability to multitask.
• Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift to include weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to establish and maintain effective working relationship with Team Members and Guests.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain required work cards.
• Must have the ability to swim in shallow water.
• High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• Complete property academy as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Practicing, supporting, and promoting the Company Service Standards at all times.
• Conducting internal investigations of allegations of misconduct by staff, to include but not limited to guests and contractors.
• Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Adhering to all company service and operating standards.
• Answering Guest questions in a manner that reflects an understanding of the department and property in general.
• Protecting the company’s assets relative to theft, assault, fire, and other safety issues.
• Observing and reporting unusual or suspicious behavior.
• Escalating emergency situations to Supervisor, assistant director, and Director, as needed.
