About The Position

Johanson Technology Inc. (JTI) is looking for a Stacking Machine Operator. The selected candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating the stacking machine. This role requires attention to detail in uploading programs, stacking dielectric material according to specifications, and inspecting the final product.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Some experience in setting up and operating semi-automated machines.
• Some experience in working in a manufacturing environment.
• Some experience using a Microscope
• Basic computer skills
• Good math skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Must understand and follow a set of clear verbal and/or written procedures without deviation.
• Must adhere to a provided work schedule to meet a set of qualitative production standards.

Responsibilities

• Setting up and operating the stacking machine.
• Uploading program instructed on the traveler to stack sheets of dielectric material.
• Stacking sheets of dielectric material.
• Reading travelers to ensure correct build-up design and dielectric type.
• Reading and locating program files and data recording in SPC Data Entry.
• Inspection of stacked bars through the microscope.
• Interacting with co-workers to complete tasks.
