About The Position

American Pop Corn Company is seeking hard-working, dependable people to join their team as a Stacker on the 2nd shift. The Stacker is responsible for moving, stacking, and preparing finished product while keeping the production area clean and organized and assisting with production operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One to three months of related experience and/or training preferred but not required.
• Previous production, manufacturing, warehouse, or material-handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stack boxes of finished product according to established guidelines and procedures.
• Regularly lift, carry, and move boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Build and maintain stable pallets of finished product.
• Inspect boxes and finished product for damage or quality issues and report any concerns.
• Operate equipment and tools necessary to perform stacking duties safely and efficiently.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
• Follow all company safety, quality, and production procedures.
• Work efficiently to meet production goals while maintaining accuracy and product quality.
• Perform repetitive lifting, bending, reaching, standing, and walking throughout the shift.
• Fill the machine with magazines and maintain the glue reservoir at the appropriate level.
• Record production data accurately every 15 minutes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
