Stacker Operator
About The Position
Stacker operators set up, run, and clean up the stackers, conveyors, and other laminator dry end equipment. Stacker operators report to laminator supervisors. Dry End operator’s duties/responsibilities include: following all plant safety, quality, product safety, and other rules and procedures. reading factory work orders and machine schedules to learn customer specifications. entering appropriate data and settings into laminator stacker and conveyor control systems. assisting with any dry end component set up and operations. assisting with order changes. verifying (measuring) sheets to ensure that sheet sizes and score locations conform to customer specifications. checking other board quality characteristics such as color, caliper, line-ups, and bond. assisting to maintain optimum run speeds. maintaining clean and organized work areas. helping on other parts of the machine as needed completing accurate records performing other duties as assigned by supervisor

Benefits
- Sign-on Bonus: $500 after 30 days, $500 after 6 months, $500 after 1 year
- Additional lump sum after 2 years
