About The Position
The Stable Hand contributes to the overall show quality by consistently maintaining a standard of excellence by maintaining a healthy, well-groomed herd of horses and a clean, well maintained stable area to house them. Ensures cleanliness of stable stalls by cleaning each stall on a rotating basis as directed. Assists with the grooming and exercising of the horses.
Requirements
- Ability to work with and around horses
- Ability to work varied hours including nights, weekends and holidays as needed
- Physical ability to stand, walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
Responsibilities
