This position is a direct, hands on opportunity for individuals interested in a career in social services, whether new to the field or experienced. It is also suitable for students or recent graduates seeking experience in child welfare and behavioral health. Treatment Advocates with National Youth Advocate Program work closely with adolescents, youth, and children, as well as families and community partners. They provide advocacy and support through behavioral health and respite care for individuals with mental and behavioral health diagnoses in the home, community, and office setting. Responsibilities may include transportation, participation in community activities, or one-on-one in-home services.
