About The Position
We are currently looking for a Senior SRE / Technical Lead for an onsite role in Austin, TX. This position is temporarily remote.
Requirements
- 10+ Years Experience
- Strong experience in AWS
- Deep knowledge of AWS IAM
- Hands-on expertise in Ansible
- Strong experience with Splunk (monitoring, logging, observability)
- Proven background in DevOps / SRE practices
- Ability to lead from the front
Responsibilities
- Lead SRE initiatives and ensure system reliability, scalability, and performance
- Build and manage infrastructure in AWS
- Automate deployments and infrastructure using Ansible
- Implement monitoring, alerting, and logging using Splunk
- Drive incident response, root cause analysis, and system improvements
- Work closely with engineering teams to improve system stability
