Requirements

Experience in the beverage distribution industry is a plus.
Performance development and goal-oriented accountability skills.
Can work well independently, with customers, and the rest of the crew.
Be flexible to potential daily schedule changes.
Required to operate your personal vehicle with minimum required liability insurance limits as required by the company.
Ability to obtain a DOT medical card.
Must have a valid driver’s license and Acceptable Motor Vehicle record.
Pre-employment background check and 4-panel urinalysis.

Responsibilities

Safely drive your personal vehicle to our customer accounts including bars, restaurants, and specialty retail shops.
Build relationships with customers to understand their business needs and how Hayden can support those.
Planning and implementing sales strategies.
Build order on iPad and present to customer.
Present marketing materials and advertisements to clients and prospects promoting the use of our product lines.
Responsible for maintaining proper inventory levels and shelf maintenance in accounts.
Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective customers.
Monday through Friday with availability for occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays as business demands.
Safely operate personal vehicle with company required insurance.
Flexible schedule with occasional nights and weekends as business demands.
