The Senior Workforce Management Analyst is a senior individual contributor responsible for leading complex workforce management initiatives related to company separation, with a key focus on enabling the transition from ADP to Dayforce. This role combines deep functional WFM expertise with strong IT project management capabilities to deliver system transformation, labor optimization, and operational excellence across distribution center operations. The position requires ownership of enterprise-level initiatives including requirements gathering, system design support, end-to-end testing, and stakeholder alignment across HR, IT, Operations, and Finance. Scope of Role Own separation related requirements through build activities related to end-to-end workforce management processes including forecasting, scheduling, and labor analytics Lead large-scale system initiatives of ADP to Dayforce transition Translate business needs into structured requirements for system configuration and development Operate independently to solve complex problems Influence cross-functional partners to drive outcomes
