About The Position

Zachry is seeking experienced SR Work Face Planners to play a critical role in
the successful execution of construction projects by facilitating the
development and management of Installation Work Packages (IWPs). This on-site
position ensures that construction activities are planned and executed safely,
efficiently, and productively. The planner works closely with Superintendents
and cross-functional teams to integrate engineering, procurement, safety,
quality, and commissioning requirements into field-ready work packages.

PRIMARY POSITION OBJECTIVE

To lead the planning and coordination of Installation Work Packages (IWPs) that
support safe, efficient, and constraint-free field execution. This includes:

Breaking down Construction Work Packages (CWPs) into IWPs aligned with the
Path of Construction.
Collaborating with Superintendents and other stakeholders to ensure IWPs
reflect field conditions and discipline standards.
Supporting schedule updates, material tracking, and reporting.
Driving continuous improvement through feedback loops and close-out reviews.
