SR Warehouse Manager
About The Position
District Photo is seeking a strategic, hands-on Senior Warehouse Manager to lead warehouse operations across our manufacturing facilities in Beltsville, MD, Louisville, KY, and Phoenix, AZ. This role involves leading warehouse operations across three manufacturing facilities, developing warehouse supervisors and leadership teams, and improving inventory accuracy and warehouse performance. The Senior Warehouse Manager will standardize processes across all facilities, serve as the business leader for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central warehouse processes, and drive warehouse KPIs, cycle counts, inventory control, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires partnering with Operations, Production, Purchasing, Finance, Shipping, and Customer Service, and leading warehouse strategy, warehouse layout optimization, and material flow improvements. Regular travel to Phoenix and Louisville is expected to support warehouse teams and ensure operational consistency.
Requirements
- Multi-site warehouse leadership experience
- Strong ERP experience (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central preferred)
- Deep expertise in inventory management and materials flow
- Experience leading warehouse supervisors and managers
- Manufacturing or production environment experience
- Continuous Improvement, Lean, or Six Sigma experience
- Strong analytical and leadership skills
- A willingness to travel between our three facilities
