About The Position

This role serves as the senior executive leadership position for the North American business, responsible for driving profitable growth, building a high-performance organization, and expanding the company's presence across major U.S. retail channels. The Sr. Vice President reports directly to the CEO and oversees a leadership team that includes a VP of Sales with two Sales Directors and RD team.

Requirements

  • Home décor industry experience is required
  • 15+ years of progressive leadership with a proven track record of growing revenue and building strong, accountable teams.
  • Deep knowledge of the U.S. retail landscape and established relationships with major retail partners.
  • Hands-on experience working with Asian manufacturing and sourcing partners, with fluency in navigating overseas production, lead times, and supplier relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through a senior sales organization and drive results across multiple channels.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing a full P&L, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Set the direction for the North American business, establishing priorities, budgets, and performance expectations while ensuring the day-to-day organization runs with discipline and accountability.
  • Build a strong culture, develop the leadership team, and create the infrastructure needed to scale the business.
  • Guide the sales organization through a VP of Sales and two Sales Directors, providing strategic direction across key retail accounts including Walmart, Target, TJX, Ross, Lowe's, Home Depot, At Home, and Kirkland's, as well as specialty, wholesale, and eCommerce channels.
  • Set the commercial strategy and support the team in senior-level customer relationships, ensuring the organization is consistently winning and growing across all channels.
  • Own supply chain execution, customer fulfillment, compliance, and cross-functional coordination with manufacturing and sourcing partners in Asia, driving process improvement and strengthening reporting and communication.
  • Manage the full P&L, own the annual budget and forecast, and hold the business accountable to revenue and margin targets.
  • Monitor deductions, chargebacks, and operating costs, and provide the CEO with regular performance updates and strategic recommendations.
