About the Role The SVP of Supply Chain will lead Veho's operational execution and scaling across our nationwide network, reporting to the Chief Product Officer. This role is responsible for both day-to-day operational performance across the entire Veho network (including sortation centers, linehaul transportation, and last-mile delivery operations); and for designing and building our national network as we continue to expand around the country. The SVP Operations will ensure operational excellence while scaling to support rapid market expansion, maintaining our industry-leading 99%+ on-time delivery rate and 4.9/5 customer satisfaction score, and building a culture of continuous improvement that consistently drives efficiency and enables Veho to introduce new delivery products to the market . Working in close partnership with Product, Engineering, and the broader operations organization, this leader will translate product strategy into operational reality across 100+ markets. What Success Looks Organizational Excellence: Built high-performing operations leadership team with clear processes, eliminated operational chaos, and established scalable systems that enable the team to execute with excellence as the business grows Product Partnership: Established operations as a strategic thought partner to Product and Engineering, with operational insights directly shaping product roadmap priorities and go-to-market decisions Network Efficiency: Reduced cost per package by 20%+, ops-clock adherence, sortation efficiency, and capacity utilization improvements while maintaining service levels. Scale & Growth: Successfully scaled operations to handle 100% volume increase across existing markets and support national expansion with consistent quality Operational Performance: Maintained 99.9%+ attainment of committed on time delivery rate and 4.9/5 client satisfaction, while significantly increasing throughput and operational capacity Incident Reduction: Decreased operational incidents and customer escalations by 30%+ through proactive monitoring and operational rigor. Package Loss Elimination. Implemented chain-of-custody adherence and security best practices and eliminated all package loss through our network. Culture of Accountability and Continuous Improvement. Built a culture of continuous improvements when yesterday’s results are never good enough, and where all Veho supply chain employees are motivated (and held accountable to) constantly push the bar. New Product Innovation. Created the operational environment where Veho’s product team can regularly experiment with new delivery models (same-day; returns; DSP) without creating operational friction at the warehouse level.
