About The Position

This role is aligned with our Climbing Arborist II–III Career Pathway and requires demonstrated proficiency in advanced rigging, complex removals, and production accountability. We are hiring a Senior Climber Arborist (Arborist II–III level) who performs at a high level technically, operates with discipline, and contributes to crew performance, safety, and client confidence. This is not an entry-level role. This is for a senior contributor who can: • Execute advanced tree work under real production conditions • Maintain zero tolerance for preventable safety issues • Lead by example and elevate the crew around them • Operate within a structured, standards-driven system At the Arborist II level, you are expected to execute advanced rigging systems, perform crane-assisted removals, and consistently meet production benchmarks. At the Arborist III level, you plan and execute complex removals, coordinate crane work, perform specialty pruning, and act as a technical leader across crews. Operating Standard: This is a role for a professional who wants to work in a standards-driven company where technical skill, accountability, and leadership matter. You will work with: • Modern, well-maintained equipment • Clear expectations and structured operations • A team culture built on Safety, Quality, Unity, Accountability, and Discipline (SQUAD) We are not trying to be the cheapest tree company in the market. We operate differently. • Professional standards guide our work • Disciplined execution protects property • Reliable service creates Confidence in Every Tree Decision™ This is how we hire, train, evaluate, and promote. As a senior climber, you are expected to: • Set the standard for safety and execution • Protect the crew through awareness and communication • Own your performance—no excuses, no shortcuts • Operate with discipline even under pressure • Elevate others through mentorship and example Equipment & Work Environment: We run equipped crews—not ground-heavy operations. • Vermeer 1800XL chippers (high-volume production) • Avant 528 & Avant 855 loaders (mechanized efficiency) • Aerial lift access (reduced unnecessary climbing) • Carlton TRX 7015 stump grinder (efficient removals) • GCRS rigging systems (controlled removals) • Dedicated chip trucks (continuous workflow) Our goal is simple: maximize production while minimizing unnecessary wear on our crew.
