The role plays a key role in enhancing the financial well-being of business members by delivering sophisticated treasury management solutions and driving deposit and fee income growth. This position supports complex business, municipal, and nonprofit clients through tailored strategies that optimize cash flow, liquidity, and operational efficiency. The Senior Treasury Management Sales Officer serves as a strategic partner, driving high-value outcomes while supporting member success and organizational growth. Responsible for leading treasury management production, developing customized solutions, and managing competitive RFP responses for municipalities and large organizations. The Senior Treasury Management Sales Officer partners closely with Business Services, Commercial Lending, and Operations to design and deliver comprehensive cash management strategies, including analysis accounts, earnings credit structures, and relationship-based pricing. This position evaluates client needs, identifies opportunities to deepen relationships, and ensures alignment with the Credit Union’s strategic objectives and balance sheet goals. Through strong collaboration and execution, the role helps deliver a seamless, high-quality member experience across all touchpoints. Success in this position requires advanced knowledge of treasury management products, strong consultative sales skills, and the ability to navigate complex client relationships.
