Role Overview We’re searching for bold, strategic, and growth-oriented Sr. TikTok Account Managers. You’ll become a trusted advisor to our clients, architecting TikTok strategies that move the needle while steering the day-to-day success of their TikTok Ads and TikTok Shop programs. Backed by our proprietary myHorizons tech and deep retail media expertise, your analytical mindset and social commerce experience will help brands break new ground, while your insights and creativity will fuel their next big wins on TikTok—whether that’s viral creative, efficient GMV growth, or scaled creator programs.
Requirements
- A proven track record: 3–5+ years scaling TikTok or paid social commerce channels (TikTok Ads, TikTok Shop, or similar), with ownership of mid-to-large revenue streams and strategic client partnerships.
- Experience within a high-performance agency or brand-side growth environment, expertly prioritizing and adapting to multiple client needs and timelines.
- Advanced knowledge of TikTok Ads Manager and Business Center, including campaign setup, optimization workflows, and performance reporting; experience with TikTok Shop Seller Center is a strong plus.
- Comfort working across social commerce ecosystems—Amazon, Walmart, Meta, or other retail media networks—so you can integrate TikTok into broader growth strategies.
- A consultative, persuasive communicator who can translate complex data and creative tests into compelling brand stories and clear next actions.
- Analytical strength, Excel/Sheets fluency, and relentless curiosity; you love experimenting with audiences, creatives, and placements to find incremental wins.
- Proactivity, accountability, and a drive to deliver results that matter; you treat your portfolio as a business you own.
- Experience with performance media (PPC/paid social) and juggling multiple priorities in a rapid, remote team.

- Experience with TikTok Shop Seller Center is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
- Strategically guide TikTok as a revenue channel, developing and executing custom strategies that drive GMV, maximize ROI, and unlock new platform potential across paid ads, creators/affiliates, and shop operations.
- Architect and optimize TikTok campaigns (GMV Max, Shop Ads, in-feed, Spark Ads) including audience strategy, budgets, bidding, and creative testing to grow profitable results.
- Execute TikTok Shop–specific content and conversion strategies that strengthen brand positioning, improve product detail page quality, and increase conversion during feeds and livestreams.
- Champion client success through hands-on relationship management: lead QBRs, set clear KPIs, and deliver transparent communication and actionable, data-powered recommendations.
- Own channel performance analytics: monitor GMV, ROAS, CAC, click-through and view-through metrics, and translate complex data into clear narratives and decisive recommendations.
- Partner with creators and affiliates by supporting recruitment, briefing, and performance tracking, ensuring commission structures and content output protect margin and drive sustainable growth.
- Be a problem-solver and innovator, actively troubleshooting account health, policy/compliance issues, and staying ahead of TikTok’s evolving features, placements, and algo shifts.
- Collaborate across disciplines (creative, marketplace, influencer, and operations teams), fueling knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement with colleagues as passionate as you are.
