About The Position
The senior therapeutic medical physicist ensures the safe and accurate delivery of radiation therapy for cancer and other diseases. They oversee the design, optimization, and verification of treatment plans, ensuring dosimetrists and therapy staff follow clinical protocols and safety standards. They supervise the calibration, maintenance, and quality assurance of radiation therapy equipment, and provide guidance to clinical teams to optimize treatment effectiveness and maintain patient safety.
