Requirements

Robust skill set tailored to troubleshooting failures on electronic boards and devices at the component level.
Extensive experience handling electronic testing equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, signal generators, and RF equipment.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematic and block diagrams.
Experience in programming and operation of Seica Flying Probe test machines or similar.
A J-STD-001 Aerospace IPC certification.

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive testing procedures on manufactured products to ensure they meet quality and performance standards.
Maintain testing equipment, calibrate tools, and adhere to safety protocols.
Assemble prototypes following engineering instructions or technical manuals.
Set up electronic test apparatus to conduct functional, operational, environmental, and life tests.
Apply principles of electronics to analyze electronic failures and determine root cause.
Provide guidance to junior team members on matters relating to interpretation, setup, and performance of test procedures.
Maintain test procedures and test documentation.
