The position requires a strong understanding of product knowledge, clinical procedures, and industry trends to implement successful sales strategies. Additionally, the Sr Territory Manager will develop quarterly business plans, ensure superior customer service, and maintain a high level of professionalism. This role also involves reporting sales activities, submitting expense reports, and maintaining detailed account knowledge. The Sr Territory Manager will also contribute to new product ideas, assist with recruiting, and may help devise sales plans and strategies. They will act as a resource for other territory managers, providing expert insight on sales processes and product knowledge. The role requires a valid driver's license and may involve other assigned duties.
