About The Position

The Senior Territory Field Lead (STFL) is an experienced field sales enablement professional who drives revenue, growth, profitability, and consistent execution across an assigned market while also strengthening performance across the broader region. Working in close partnership with the Regional Manager, the Senior TFL provides added oversight, field perspective, and practical guidance that improve execution and accelerate capability building. This is a senior individual-contributor role: the Senior TFL influences through expertise, credibility, and peer leadership but does not directly manage, evaluate, schedule, discipline, or approve employment actions for other TFLs. Formal people leadership and accountability remain with the Regional Manager.

  • Provide ongoing, developmental coaching and mentorship that build TFL capability, confidence, consistency, and problem-solving skills.
  • Partner with the Regional Manager to plan, launch, and sustain regional priorities, providing added oversight and field-level guidance to improve execution.
