Requirements
- Experience in a transportation, consolidation, cross docking, or shipping and receiving environment
- Strong leadership qualities
- Desire to surround customer with excellence in service
- High aptitude for technology
- The ability to multi-task while being detail oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities
- Managing inbound/outbound freight flow and productivity
- Provide leadership and accountability to team of drivers
- Ensure facility Key Performance Indicator (KPI's) goals are met and/or exceeded
- Responsible for enforcing and fostering a safe work environment that is compliant with state and federal DOT guidelines
- Accountability for driving daily work habits to ensure operational model compliance
- Responsible for managing and driving a culture of excellence in quality of product to our customers
- Flexibility to work any shift leading team members to ensure 100% customer satisfaction
