About The Position

This position requires a deep technical understanding of signal characteristics to determine compliance during processing, collection, and retention of signals. The role involves leveraging compliant practices on how signal parameters are identified and defined, and in how signal behavior is captured within the RF and digital domains. The role also involves capturing and refining system requirements to promote a strong alignment of stakeholder needs with development activities, performing user and group training, and providing services in the development of training materials. Participation in outreach activities to grow the product user community and the development and execution of requirements, test plans, and training to ensure compliance of TechSIGINT applications are also key responsibilities. The candidate will complete tasks using legacy TechSIGINT applications and independently complete assignments with minimal day-to-day instruction or supervision. Strong communication skills, independent judgment, and the ability to train new team members are essential. The role requires completing non-routine and complex assignments that require extensive knowledge and experience, and building and utilizing collaborative networks.
