About The Position
You work with the RDQ team to conduct experiments and trials under the guidance of more senior team members. You will run pilot plant and/or laboratory operations, prepare and maintain the equipment and ingredients needed, capture and report data with technical rigor and accuracy, and ensure the safe working and operation of equipment and environment.
Requirements
- BS in Scientific field
- Lab/plant equipment operation/maintenance experience a distinct advantage
Nice To Haves
- Food manufacturing industry experiences a distinct advantage
Responsibilities
- Run pilot plant and/or laboratory operations
- Prepare and maintain the equipment and ingredients needed
- Capture and report data with technical rigor and accuracy
- Ensure the safe working and operation of equipment and environment
- Working in teams and independently with the guidance of more senior team members
- Proactively identifying problems and assisting in creating and implementing solutions
- Applying technical understanding of equipment and ingredients to support pilot plant and/or laboratory operations
- Recording and reporting data and activity outcomes accurately
