The Sr. Technologist is a technical expert who applies advanced engineering knowledge of systems, processes, and procedures to support product development for metallic prototype samples. The role leads complex engineering activities, develops innovative solutions, and drives improvements in product quality, performance, manufacturability, and development efficiency. Working independently, the Sr. Technologist serves as a subject matter expert, provides technical leadership, collaborates across functions, and contributes to the development of new technologies, methods, and best practices. Applies skill and dexterity in the development of metallic engineering prototypes, in support of improving products and processes, and new product development.
