Sr Techno-functional SAP S/4HANA Data Migration & Integration Lead - Remote
About The Position
This role involves leading and executing end-to-end data migration from SAP ECC, EPICOR, and NetSuite systems into SAP S/4HANA. The primary focus is on ensuring high data quality, business continuity, and a successful go-live. Data is already extracted into a data lake and needs to be loaded into S/4. Key data objects include Customer, Vendor, and Material Master, with Customer Master being the immediate priority. The goal is to establish a golden record before migration, ensuring existing orders, invoices, and Salesforce integrations remain intact. The core responsibility is hands-on experience with the entire data migration process: Extract → Transform → Cleanse → Load → Validate → Reconcile data across systems.
Requirements
- Strong experience in SAP ECC to S/4HANA data migration.
- Strong experience in Non-SAP ERP integration (EPICOR, NetSuite preferred).
- Expertise in the Data Migration lifecycle (ETL, mapping, validation).
- Expertise in SAP S/4HANA data objects (BP, Finance, Materials, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with SAP Data Services (BODS).
- Hands-on experience with Migration Cockpit (LTMC).
- Hands-on experience with SQL / ABAP for extraction & transformation.
- Must have expertise in WinPure Data Quality Tool.
- Experience with data profiling, cleansing, and governance.
- Experience with large-scale data handling (master + transactional data).
- Experience integrating with APIs.
- Experience integrating with Flat files.
- Experience integrating with Third-party systems.
Nice To Haves
- Multi-ERP consolidation projects (ECC + EPICOR + NetSuite → S/4).
- SAP S/4HANA implementation (Greenfield).
- Experience in Data Governance / MDG.
- Vendor/Customer → Business Partner conversion.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute end-to-end data migration from SAP ECC, EPICOR, NetSuite systems into SAP S/4HANA.
- Ensure high data quality, business continuity, and successful go-live.
- Handle data loading from a data lake into S/4HANA.
- Focus on Customer, Vendor, and Material Master data objects, with an immediate priority on Customer Master.
- Establish a golden record before migration, ensuring tie-ins with existing orders, invoices, and Salesforce integrations.
- Perform hands-on data extraction, transformation, cleansing, loading, validation, and reconciliation across systems.
