The Role We are currently seeking a full-time, highly professional, career-oriented Engineer Trainer to join our Professional Services team. Engineer Trainers are responsible for designing, developing, and delivering technical training programs focused on professional services delivery. This includes onboarding new engineers, upskilling existing staff, and supporting knowledge transfer across teams. Success in this role requires deep understanding of engineering workflows, customer project lifecycles, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into effective learning experiences. Candidates must possess strong communication and instructional skills, along with a solid foundation in engineering principles and professional services methodologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in engineering or professional services delivery.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel to domestic and international customer or office locations.
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in instructional design or technical training is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver structured training programs for engineers involved in professional services delivery.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create training materials, labs, and documentation aligned with current tools, technologies, and best practices.
  • Conduct live and virtual training sessions for internal staff, partners, and customers.
  • Maintain a centralized repository of training content, including recorded sessions, guides, and FAQs.
  • Continuously assess training effectiveness and update materials based on feedback and evolving business needs.
  • Support onboarding of new engineers by providing foundational training on systems, tools, and delivery processes.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and mentoring engineers on real-world project scenarios when needed.
  • Stay current with industry trends, tools, and technologies relevant to professional services delivery.
