Requirements

Working knowledge of R&D systems and IT delivery
Understanding of compliance and validation requirements
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work across teams and manage competing priorities
Comfortable presenting updates to stakeholders and mid-level leadership
Ability to translate business needs into project plans and deliverables
Bachelor's Degree and Eight Years' Experience OR Masters' Degree and Six Years' Experience

Nice To Haves

PMP certification
Familiarity with Agile (Scrum) & Waterfall methodologies
6+ years relevant project management experience
3+ years of technical project management experience in a cross-functional environment
Experience supporting projects in regulated (GxP) environments preferred

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional, small-to-medium scale technical projects and/or workstreams within broader programs
Develop and manage project plans, schedules, dependencies, risks, and budgets
Ensure alignment with quality, compliance, validation, and regulatory requirements
Track execution progress and escalate risks/issues appropriately
Partner with R&D business and IT stakeholders to ensure clear alignment on scope, timelines, and deliverables
Provide clear and consistent project updates to stakeholders
Support decision-making by identifying risks, trade-offs, and mitigation options
Apply PMP-aligned practices across planning, execution, and monitoring
Leverage Agile and Waterfall methodologies, tailoring approach based on project needs
Contribute to adoption of standard tools, templates, and governance practices
Utilize AI tools and automation (where available) to enhance project tracking, reporting, and risk identification
Support adoption of data-driven insights to improve delivery predictability
Support management of project budgets and forecasts
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure delivery quality and timelines
Collaborate within the PM and delivery community to share best practices and improve delivery approaches
Provide informal guidance to junior team members where needed
