Amazon Customer Service (CS) is looking for a Sr. Technical Program Manager (TPM) to own the scoping, planning, and execution for challenging and high-impact projects within the Customer Experience Product (CXP) department. This role is highly visible across the CS organization, requiring partnership with and influence over multiple engineering teams both within and outside of CS to deliver complex, cross-functional projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical program management background and demonstrated experience leading medium to large projects.
