We’re seeking an experienced Sr. Technical Program Manager for a 7-month contract role to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across our telehealth care delivery systems within the Care Experience organization. This role is focused on scaling and optimizing how care is delivered, partnering across Engineering, Product, Clinical, and Operations teams to improve system performance, patient experience, and operational efficiency at scale. You will own end-to-end execution of high-impact programs that sit at the intersection of technology and care delivery, navigating clinical workflows, system dependencies, and operational constraints to deliver measurable outcomes. This role is best suited for a TPM who thrives in ambiguous, high-growth environments and can quickly move from problem definition to execution.
