Microsoft Advertising (MSA) is seeking a Sr. Technical Program Manager for the Opportunity Analytics team within the Global Business Planning function. This role focuses on analyzing monetization performance and identifying growth opportunities across regions, products, and advertiser segments globally. The TPM will work with large datasets to understand growth drivers within the ad platform, publishers, advertisers, and consumers in international markets. Key responsibilities include developing strategies to translate marketplace trends into actionable advertiser growth opportunities, collaborating with stakeholders on sales initiatives, and measuring program impact. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the global advertising space, particularly performance advertising and audience-led buying across various channels, strong analytical skills for complex business questions, and excellent communication skills to influence partners and stakeholders.
