The Sr Technical Business Analyst will drive awareness of requirements across business units and identify substandard systems processes through evaluation of real-time data. This role involves determining and developing user requirements for systems in production, ensuring maximum usability. The analyst will partner with stakeholders across various business units, including operations, finance, clinical, support, and billing, to develop analyses and documentation collaboratively. Effective and efficient communication with production, managerial, and executive teams is crucial. The position requires analyzing data from multiple systems such as Computer Aided Dispatch, Electronic Health Records, Billing, and Logistics to identify trends and correlations that can increase organizational efficiency. The analyst will work with relational and non-relational data sources (SQL, Snowflake, SharePoint, etc.) and visualize data using platforms like Crystal Reports, Tableau, and Power BI. Presenting data and collaborating with shareholders to test process changes and drive performance are key responsibilities.
