Responsibilities
- Develop and implement test strategies and plans for software applications
- Lead a team of testing professionals to execute test cases and scenarios effectively
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and define testing objectives
- Perform manual and automated testing activities to validate software functionality and performance
- Identify and report bugs, issues, and defects in a timely manner
- Analyze test results and provide recommendations for improvements to the development team
- Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in application testing to enhance testing processes and methodologies
