About The Position

Serves as a Field Engineer for specific clients, products, and applications, including technology kiosks and desks. Provides software, hardware, and networking support for desktops, laptops, servers, network devices, AV rooms, and other networked devices. Installs and maintains PCs, associated software, networks, servers, peripherals, and other networked devices. Supports network products from operational and maintenance perspectives, including preventative maintenance. Performs installs, moves, adds, and changes; tests and certifies PCs, networks, servers, and client-approved applications; and follows up on problems or escalations. Maintains professionalism and meets SLA requirements while ensuring client satisfaction.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Generally, 1–2 years of experience in the area of responsibility.
• Applicant should be eligible for any required U.S. Government authorizations if access to export-controlled commodities and technology is required.

Nice To Haves

• Technical certification or an associate degree may be required.

• Meet SLA requirements and ensure client satisfaction in all interactions.
