About The Position

This detail-oriented and collaborative individual, as part of the tax department, will be responsible for supporting the company’s global transfer pricing strategy to ensure compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations. This position reports to the VP Global Tax. This role is based in North Andover or remote.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
  • 5+ years of large corporation accounting or tax experience
  • Ability to work in a deadline driven environment, sometimes with short turn around times
  • Excellent organizational, written and analytical skills
  • Must be able to multi-task efficiently
  • Strong computer skill, most importantly excel, power BI
  • Strong interpersonal/communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • CPA or candidate for CPA and /or Masters in Taxation preferred
  • Previous work experience in a global company with cross-border interactions

Responsibilities

  • Analyze intercompany transactions including services, tangible goods, royalties, and financing arrangements
  • Review financial and operational data to assess results against transfer pricing policy expectations
  • Support transfer pricing calculations, adjustments, and year-end processes
  • Collaborate with finance, accounting, legal, and business teams to assist in addressing operational changes impacting transfer pricing
  • Support the development, implementation, and ongoing monitoring of global transfer pricing policies
  • Coordinate with external transfer pricing advisors, including economists and local country consultants
  • Support the preparation of global transfer pricing documentation (master file, local files, and supporting analysis)
  • Gather, analyze, and reconcile financial data from ERP systems and statutory reporting and provide to external advisors
  • Review third-party produced documentation for completeness and accuracy
  • Maintain global documentation database to ensure compliance with local country requirements
  • Serve as a liaison between internal stakeholders and outside advisors
  • Assist with transfer pricing audits and information requests from tax authorities
  • Coordinate internally and with outside advisors to gather data and support audit responses
  • Support audit defense efforts and related controversy matters as needed
