Job Summary The Sr. Talent Analytics & Insights Partner is a data-driven storyteller who designs and delivers scalable measurement and metrics to help demonstrate the effectiveness and ROI of our talent and learning strategies. They leverage advanced analytics and predictive modeling to identify trends, anticipate talent challenges, and inform proactive interventions that drive business impact. This operates at the intersection of data, strategy, and storytelling, turning complex workforce data into actionable insights and a compelling narrative that influences decisions at all levels.
