About The Position

The Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner plays a crucial role at TSI in identifying, attracting, and hiring key talent that aligns with the strategic growth and needs of the business. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Human Resources, the Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner will play a lead role in managing the full cycle recruitment process spanning across various levels within the organization. In doing so, they will collaborate with hiring managers and supervisors regularly to proactively identify future hiring needs and develop talent acquisition strategies. The Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner must be passionate about connecting people and developing relationships with a keen eye to how the right talent impacts business results. Ultimately, the responsibilities of the Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner are to ensure our company attracts, hires, and retains the best employees to build a strong talent pipeline fueling our growth strategy.

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree with 10 years of strategic talent acquisition experience
  • Strong understanding and ability to recruit at all levels of the company, from entry to senior manager levels, including those with a technical background
  • Experience successfully sourcing candidates
  • Adept in both traditional and creative recruiting approaches with a proven track record in utilizing social media to network and identify talent
  • Must demonstrate aptitude with direct sourcing as well as building and maintaining a strong network for pipeline recruiting
  • Business-oriented and have an understanding of how business strategies link to recruiting initiatives
  • Knowledge and experience in determining equitable and competitive total compensation and rewards for candidates
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); SuccessFactors is preferred
  • A genuine passion for creative and innovative recruiting methods, which includes strong negotiation skills for successful outcomes
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills, and team-based project experience
  • Knowledge of interview assessment techniques
  • Experience establishing and maintaining relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization, in the business community, and with agencies

  • Bachelor’s Degree in human resources or related field required with 8 years of strategic talent acquisition experience

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full life-cycle of recruitment
  • Partner with hiring managers, teams, and HR business partners to develop, implement, and manage short-and long-term recruiting strategies, including providing guidance on interviewing and selection techniques in hiring top talent
  • Possess the mindset of a talent attractor by effectively utilizing internal communications channels and external social media networks to build connections, attract the best qualified talent, and brand TSI as an employer of choice
  • Serve as a resource for hiring managers throughout the search and selection process, and conduct regular follow-up meetings to determine recruiting plan effectiveness
  • Consider candidate touchpoints and ensure a professional, informative, and positive candidate experience, including as part of the pre-employment process
  • Monitor Talent Acquisition activities to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws
  • Analyze both the recruitment process for efficiency gains and data to measure the effectiveness of recruiting sources, and work to ensure overall recruitment objectives are met while also ensuring cost effectiveness by managing to budget
  • Develop, influence, execute, and track sourcing strategies for passive and active candidates using all available tools (Success Factors, social networking, competitive intelligence, attending industry conferences, referrals, and external relationship building)
  • Collaborate with the Recruiting Coordinator on scheduling interviews and maintain a close partnership with HR Business Partners on the progress of recruitments and new hire activities
  • Implement diversity and inclusion strategies throughout the hiring process and partner with external agencies to increase TSI’s diversity outreach
  • Identify and determine agency usage based on business needs that includes managing the agency relationships and contracts
  • Lead summer internship program, job fair opportunities, and work with local technical schools to establish co-op partnerships
  • Manage employee referral program and co-lead interviewer training for managers and supervisors
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
