About The Position

We’re looking for a Sr. Talent Partner to lead our recruiting strategy, drive pipeline development, and elevate the candidate experience. This is a high-impact, senior individual contributor role where you’ll design and execute the full talent acquisition strategy while also contributing to employee engagement and development initiatives that strengthen our culture. As the go-to talent partner for leadership, you’ll shape how we attract, hire, and retain top talent, optimize our systems, and ensure we scale with purpose.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in both agency and in-house settings.
  • Proven track record recruiting and building pipelines in SaaS and technology environments.
  • Demonstrated experience owning and executing a company-wide recruiting strategy.
  • Hands-on experience implementing or optimizing an ATS.
  • Strong program management skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives.
  • Experience designing and delivering training programs.
  • Strong sourcing skills with a focus on reducing agency reliance, including leveraging AI-driven tools to identify, engage, and assess top talent.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Commitment to inclusive hiring practices and fostering a diverse workplace.
  • Experience in a high-growth or startup environment.
  • Track record managing employee engagement, culture, or people operations initiatives.
  • Familiarity with HR analytics and workforce planning tools.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the company-wide recruiting strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions, delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines, with a strong focus on SaaS and tech industry talent.
  • Partner with leaders to define role requirements, hiring strategies, and success profiles.
  • Evaluate alternatives for an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), recommend the best-fit solution, and drive implementation and optimization.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline recruiting operations and enhance reporting.
  • Reduce dependency on external recruiting agencies by strengthening in-house recruiting capabilities and pipelines.
  • Build and deliver training programs for hiring managers (interview best practices, inclusive hiring, candidate experience) and for employees (onboarding, engagement initiatives, career development touchpoints).
  • Support employee engagement and development programs that strengthen belonging, connection, and retention.
  • Partner with the People/Compensation team to stay current on market trends and ensure alignment with competitive talent practices.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to hiring managers and leadership on talent market insights and workforce planning.
