About The Position

Own the strategic direction and investment plan for the TAI product portfolio, including multi-year roadmaps, capability sequencing, and resource planning. Establish and lead prioritization balancing more immediate enterprise value with infrastructure readiness for advanced analytics and AI. Ensure delivery teams are focused on the highest-impact work, removing barriers and making portfolio-level tradeoffs to maintain strategic alignment. Communicate portfolio progress, value, and risks to senior HR and business leaders. Provide leadership to a multi-disciplinary, dedicated product team—architects, data engineers, visualization developers, business analysts, and scrum master—to execute the enterprise TAI roadmap and augment with AI capabilities Define and reinforce operating models that promote agile delivery, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in disciplines related to Human Resource Analytics, Information Systems, Operations Analytics, Data Science or related field
  • A minimum of 7+ years of experience in People Analytics, HR Technology, Data Product Management, Workforce Planning, or related data-focused roles, with increasing leadership scope
  • Demonstrated success leading enterprise data or analytics strategy execution, including AI- and advanced analytics-enabling transformations
  • Product leadership experience, including managing multi-year roadmaps, complex portfolios, and cross-functional delivery teams
  • Proven ability to influence senior leaders, communicate complex concepts clearly, and drive enterprise alignment
  • Strong understanding of data governance, architecture, and talent data domains across the HR ecosystem
  • Deep experience with data visualization and storytelling; current on visualization technology offerings and their interface with AI
  • Deep expertise in data science, including structure and unstructured methodologies and modeling
  • Experience working within modern data platforms and enabling data for predictive analytics and AI
  • Certifications in project management, Agile, or change management

  • Master's degree or advanced coursework in business (strategy, operations, or technology focus) Data Science, Analytics (business, operational or HR), or Information Systems, technology management or Organizational Psychology

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with analytics leaders across HR, Finance, and functional domains to drive harmonized data definitions and unlock cross-functional insights
  • Engage external vendors to secure ownership and accessibility of BSC talent data used in analytics and AI models, ensuring alignment with BSC's data governance principles
  • Advise senior stakeholders on workforce analytics, AI opportunities, and data-driven decision-making to accelerate organizational adoption
