Seeking a recruiter experienced in recruiting therapists for Senior Living, LTC, or SNF settings. Summary: The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for all recruiting activities related to the attraction, selection, hiring and on-boarding of talent to ensure we are building teams with the critical skills needed to move the business forward. Considerable skill in interviewing techniques, good knowledge of the company and of personnel policy and procedure and federal and state laws regarding employment practices are essential. The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist analyzes the information provided on a prospective employee's application form, conducts interviews and determines the suitability of the applicant for employment. This position acts as a mentor to Talent Acquisition Specialists and supports the Talent Acquisition Director.
