About The Position

In the role of Senior Talent Acquisition Partner based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, you will be part of the Culture & Engagement team. You will be responsible for executing the talent acquisition strategy by matching top tier talent to open roles. You’ll need a client service mindset and operate as a value-added business partner in a highly collaborative team environment. This position reports to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, and works closely with assigned client groups, HR Business Partners, and hiring managers.

Requirements

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field OR equivalent experience (4+ years) in talent acquisition.
  • You have at least 5 years of progressive full cycle recruiting experience working with various salaried and leadership roles.
  • You are a confident and competent recruiter and embrace change.
  • You are objective, resilient and adapt to complex organizational dynamics.
  • You believe in delivering an exceptional candidate experience and strive to provide outstanding service and support to both internal and external customers.
  • You act with appropriate urgency to various market events and trends that require a quick turnaround in plans and strategy.
  • You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities.
  • You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome.
  • You have a thirst for learning – you are always looking for ways to learn and help one another grow.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve an efficient and consistent talent acquisition process.
  • Create and maintain talent pipelines and sourcing to provide a steady supply of top tier talent to the organization.
  • Drive a high‑quality talent pipeline by leveraging strategic sourcing tactics and building strong, long‑term relationships with candidates and industry partners
  • Serve as a strategic partner by leveraging data insights to understand and meet the talent needs within assigned client groups.
