Equifax is seeking a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner to lead complex, high-visibility searches across its Centers of Excellence and deliver excellent hiring experiences. This role acts as a Strategic Advisor to the business, leveraging AI-driven insights and skills-based hiring methodologies to build high-performing teams. The position involves leading the TA process and strategy for hiring leaders, acting as a Subject Matter Expert on market conditions and talent pools. It also focuses on advocating for skills-first hiring, coaching managers on objective candidate assessment, promoting diverse talent pipelines, and ensuring inclusive hiring processes. The role requires utilizing internal and market data to influence decision-making, providing insights to HRBPs and leaders on market trends and funnel health. Proactive talent mapping and nurturing of talent pools using Beamery are key, as is managing the end-to-end lifecycle for Director, Vice President, and other highly visible roles, delivering a high-touch experience and executive summaries. The role also involves leveraging AI tools and insights for efficiency and partnering with Global TA team members, HR, and the business on process improvement projects.
