About The Position

This is a non-supervisory position that focuses on providing direct service to casino guests at the table games. The senior dealer is responsible for handling multiple types of games, maintaining game security, handling currency and chips, and ensuring all players adhere to the established rules and procedures. The work is performed in a climate-controlled environment with constant exposure to smoke and typical casino noise.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) with six months of directly related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must successfully complete training in CNE Gaming Academy.
• Ability to obtain and maintain licensing by the appropriate gaming authority.
• Ability to provide a high standard of guest service.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate dealing for a variety of table games, including craps and/or roulette.
• Maintain inspection of decks and gaming equipment to ensure the security of the game.
• Exchange guest currency for gaming chips and ensure the safety of all chips and currency.
• Assist guests in playing and ensure adherence to all established rules, policies, and procedures.
