Sr. Systems Engineer
About The Position
This Sr. Systems Engineer will use advanced techniques in generative AI, LLMs, machine learning, and cloud platforms to streamline, automate, and optimize our operations. You will lead the implementation of Generative AI products, driving the successful launch of the first version to market and ensuring alignment with the company's goals and vision. You will also train, fine tune, and deploy LLM solutions on proprietary data as well as develop and implement RAG-based chatbots, utilizing advanced techniques like query re-writing, efficient retrieval and re-ranking. Working with stakeholders throughout the organization, this Sr. Systems Engineer will identify opportunities for leveraging AI to improve business processes and collaborate cross functionally to deploy AI solutions and monitor outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 7 years of machine learning experience.
- Experience with Information retrieval, Language Models, NLP & NLU, & Graph Neural Network.
- Experience with Model fine tuning and reward learning.
- Experience with traditional keyword-based search technologies and modern search paradigms utilizing vector-based retrieval algorithms.
- Experience with search systems such as Elasticsearch or Solr.
- Proficiency in Python, TypeScript/Node, JavaScript.
- Experience with GCP or Azure.
- Experience with Tensorflow.
- Experience with end-to-end AI solutions at the enterprise level.
- Experience working with geographically diverse, multinational teams.
