About The Position

VTG is looking for an experienced Systems Engineer to provide comprehensive Systems Engineering and Integration (SE&I) support for complex intelligence community programs. This role requires facilitating systems engineering processes, configuration management, requirements analysis, and technical coordination across multiple stakeholder organizations.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline
• 15+ years of systems engineering experience
• 5+ years of Intelligence Community systems engineering experience
• Active TS/SCI clearance w/Poly
• Demonstrated experience with systems engineering standards and methodologies
• Strong facilitation and communication skills across technical and executive audiences

Nice To Haves

• Systems Engineering Professional Certification (INCOSE, ASEP, CSEP, or ESEP)
• DoD acquisition or operations experience
• Experience with supply chain management or facility infrastructure programs
• NRO or IC operational systems experience
• Masters Degree in technical discipline

Responsibilities

• Execute full lifecycle systems engineering activities including requirements management, configuration management, and architecture development
• Support risk management processes and maintain technical documentation
• Facilitate change management processes and coordinate requirements across diverse stakeholder groups
• Develop system architectures and maintain requirements traceability matrices
• Provide technical analysis and develop reports for program leadership
• Support working groups, integrated product teams, and technical review boards
• Develop briefing materials and present technical assessments to senior leadership
• Conduct systems engineering studies and provide
