We are seeking a GenAI Solutions Developer to support the development and delivery of AI-powered digital employee experiences. This role will focus on building, configuring, testing, and improving practical GenAI solutions leveraging generative AI, agents, automation, and enterprise platforms to help employees access services, information, and support more efficiently. As part of the Digital Employee Experience (DEX) team, you will work closely with product owners, enterprise architects, UX/design, security, governance, and engineering teams to develop user-focused capabilities for employee onboarding, employee portals, the digital front door, and other high-value internal use cases. You will contribute to solution design discussions while primarily owning hands-on development tasks that turn business needs into working solutions. The Sr System Analyst will also provide support for GenAI productivity tools used by employees, including Gemini Enterprise and Microsoft Copilot, helping users understand capabilities, troubleshoot issues, and apply the tools responsibly. They will also be responsible to help lead workshops with departments across the company to identify high-value use cases, clarify requirements, and support rapid prototyping and delivery of GenAI-enabled solutions.
