About The Position

We are seeking a Sr. System Engineer to provide IT infrastructure consulting services for enterprise clients. This role involves supporting infrastructure planning for merger and acquisition (M&A) projects, analyzing client business requirements, recommending infrastructure solutions, and conducting technology assessments. The engineer will also prepare and present technical proposals, build strong customer relationships, and lead end-to-end IT infrastructure implementation projects. Projects may include Microsoft Azure cloud migration, SD-WAN/SASE implementation, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune deployment, endpoint security, and various enterprise infrastructure implementations. The role also includes system engineering and operations, designing, implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting enterprise infrastructure, managing Windows Server environments, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and cloud infrastructure. Additionally, the Sr. System Engineer will support the Division Manager, lead technical initiatives, mentor team members, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 7-10 years of System Engineering experience.
  • 7-10 years of IT Project Management experience.
  • Experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise infrastructure solutions.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server administration.
  • Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File Server, Printer Server, Radius Server, and enterprise infrastructure.
  • Experience implementing security solutions including MFA and EDR/MDR.
  • Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (IaaS/PaaS).
  • Experience managing vendors and customer-facing projects.
  • Strong documentation and reporting skills.
  • Strong leadership and project management capabilities.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with outstanding communication skills.
