About The Position

This role involves providing IT infrastructure consulting services for enterprise clients, supporting infrastructure planning for merger and acquisition (M&A) projects, and analyzing clients' business requirements to recommend infrastructure solutions. The position also entails leading end-to-end IT infrastructure implementation projects, including Microsoft Azure cloud migration, SD-WAN/SASE implementation, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune deployment, endpoint security implementation, and business continuity/disaster recovery solutions. The Sr. System Engineer will also be responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting enterprise infrastructure, managing Windows Server environments, Microsoft Azure, and Microsoft 365, as well as data center and colocation services. Additionally, the role requires supporting the Division Manager, leading technical initiatives, mentoring team members, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree preferred.
7-10 years of System Engineering experience.
7-10 years of IT Project Management experience.
Experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise infrastructure solutions.
Experience with Microsoft Azure.
Experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune.
Strong knowledge of Windows Server administration.
Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File Server, Printer Server, Radius Server, and enterprise infrastructure.
Experience implementing security solutions including MFA and EDR/MDR.
Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (IaaS/PaaS).
Experience managing vendors and customer-facing projects.
Strong documentation and reporting skills.
Strong leadership and project management capabilities.

Responsibilities
