About The Position

In the role of Sr. Supply Manager – POS Merch working in Milwaukee, WI, you will be part of the Point-Of-Sale Merchandise Procurement team. The Sr. Supply Manager will be responsible for the management and performance of POS warehouse operations within the US and Canada, the strength and strategic direction of supplier relationships across our POS network, and the oversight and support our repack, dispense and retail licensing programs. This position requires a strategic, solution-oriented leader who can balance day-to-day execution with big-picture thinking, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive meaningful change. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is collaborative team player with strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving capabilities, and a passion for building relationships—both internally and externally. This position reports to the Category Manager – POS Merch and works closely with cross functional teams and provides support for POS Merch buyers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent work experience (4+ years) in lieu of a degree
  • Experience supporting category strategy development, including spend analysis and identification of cost savings opportunities
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and take ownership in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Proven ability to lead resolution of complex, ambiguous challenges by assessing situations holistically and identifying and delivering practical, effective solutions
  • Ability to translate detailed inputs into clear, objective perspectives to guide decision-making
  • Exercises strong judgment to differentiate between issues requiring action versus those requiring guidance or de-escalation
  • Drives accountability across internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and effective resolution
  • Advocates for internal stakeholders, recognizing them as the primary customer, while balancing supplier capabilities
  • Demonstrates leadership through ownership, influence, and proactive communication
  • Builds strong, collaborative relationships across functions and foster a team-first environment
  • Experience with contract management and supplier agreements

Responsibilities

  • Act as the category owner for POS warehouse ensuring the right partners, capabilities, and infrastructure are in place to support the business
  • Own end-to-end operational performance, with a primary focus on stabilizing and improving warehouse operations
  • Monitor performance metrics, identify root causes of issues, and implement sustainable, long-term solutions
  • Lead stabilization and continuous improvement efforts to address existing operational challenges and improve service, efficiency, and reliability
  • Identify opportunities for cost optimization, efficiency gains, and value creation within the category
  • Assess and proactively manage category risks and opportunities, ensuring operational resilience
  • Own the overall health and performance of supplier relationships across the POS network
  • Serve as the escalation point for complex supplier issues, providing clear, objective assessment and driving resolution
  • Lead supplier governance processes, including annual supplier scorecarding, supplier business reviews and supplier segmentation
  • Develop and deliver consistent, clear communication to suppliers
  • Lead the vetting and selection of new suppliers in partnership with internal stakeholders
  • Ensure suppliers are positioned for success through clear expectations, strong onboarding, and ongoing guidance
  • Oversee and support select programs including distributor repack, dispense program and retail licensing
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure programs are effectively managed and aligned with broader operational and supplier strategies
  • Review, interpret, and support management of vendor contracts to ensure alignment with business objectives and supplier performance expectations
