Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience, OR Master’s degree (MA/MS/MBA) with at least 3 years of relevant experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in biopharmaceutical, pharmaceutical, or highly regulated manufacturing environments
  • Strong experience with ERP systems and supply chain operations management
  • Background in inventory planning, production scheduling, and process optimization
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and operational improvement projects
  • Experience supporting global supply chain operations and business process standardization

Responsibilities

  • Serve as subject matter expert (SME) to site planning and scheduling systems (e.g. RTMS, KGSM, manufacturing production schedule, capacity analyses)
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain to support forecasts
  • Lead planning system enhancements and implementation initiatives to improve site manufacturing planning processes
  • Act as as site planning representative to cross-functional partners at TCF03, other manufacturing sites and corporate stakeholders on supply chain matters
  • Develop, maintain and manage detailed production schedules for all Commercial, Clinical, and Non-Patient products at TCF03, ensuring no gaps or delays in processing, release, or shipment
  • Establish and maintain planning and logistics performance metrics to drive continuous process improvements
  • Optimize alignment across logistics, demand planning and sourcing to minimize variability, reduce financial impact and ensure uninterrupted manufacturing and cold chain operations
  • Coordinate patient-driven demand of apheresis/nanocool kit shipments and final frozen product LN2 shipments, ensuring timely execution for both Clinical and Commercial products
  • Coordinate activities supporting manufacturing, packaging, labeling, shipping, and distribution of Clinical and Commercial materials
  • Partner with Supply Chain to procure healthy donor apheresis material to support testing material, engineering and validation runs
  • Provide guidance, mentorship and training to support the development of the Site Planning team
  • These duties can be delegated to qualified deputies to ensure business continuity
