We are seeking a Sr. Supply Chaing Program Manager with 10+ years of experience in AI server or HPC hardware manufacturing and strong project management expertise. This role manages end‑to‑end supply chain operations—including ramp up materials planning, market trend analysis, logistics & shipping hub operations, inventory management—and leads cross‑functional projects to ensure on‑time, cost‑efficient delivery of complex AI server products.
Requirements
- 10+ years in supply chain roles within AI server, HPC, or related hardware manufacturing.
- Strong background in materials, planning, purchasing, logistics, and inventory control.
- Proven project management experience leading cross‑functional hardware or manufacturing initiatives.
- ERP/MRP proficiency (SAP, Oracle, preferred).
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead materials planning, demand forecasting, and production readiness for AI server programs.
- Drive supplier contract negotiations, ensure on time delivery and overall cost improvements.
- Oversee global logistics, import/export compliance, and 3PL/4PL hub operations.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels while reducing shortages, excess, and obsolescence.
- Manage cross‑functional projects forecasting and capacity ramp‑ups.
- Drive supply chain process improvements and partner with Sales, Purchasing, Engineering, Manufacturing, Services, and Program Management teams.
